I'm done with Tim Powers. Again a fantastic story! If you're postponing this read for some reason, drop everything else you're reading and read "Three Days to Never." You'll be glad you did!
I'm about half way through the Tim Powers book. An appropriate choice for October - it's creeping the hell out of me. : )
I just finished The Burning by Bentley Little. He's been accused of being Stephen King, and I can see why. If you're a big fan of the one you're likely to enjoy what the other has written. But they are most definitely not the same person.
I've now started on Miracle. I'm not a big fan of Christmas stories, but the reason I'm not a big fan is apparently the same reason why Connie Willis doesn't particularly like Capra's It's a Wonderful Life.
So I'm finding that Connie's stories are a lot of fun to read.
